He studied in Prague and took his holy orders in 1692 in Krakow. In the years 1692-1694 was the vice-chancellor of the Chelmno Academy as Professor of Poetry and Rhetoric. He conducted a band at the same time. Since 1698 until his death he was the Kapellmeister of the cathedral band in Wawel. He conducted the band in 1734 during the coronation ceremony of August III and his wife Mary Josephine. He died in the same year and was buried at the Wawel castle. His works are exclusively religious including vocal and vocal-instrumental pieces.
